7 tips to optimize mental health among men

Mental health is always the less spoken topic. Mental health is still not openly discussed especially the male population. Men tend to be more sensitive about discussing this topic. A survey had shown that almost 40% of men are not comfortable talking about their stress and any tension they are suffering in their life as they don’t want to appear weak and vulnerable. Studies have found marriages and relationships boost the mental health as they find a companion and a friend which makes them less vulnerable to depression
