Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Partner(s)

We pack and deliver our products through our delivery partner(s). When you place your order, your contact details and chosen product details are forwarded to our delivery partner(s), who, then, pack the products and send them to you through appropriate postal/courier services.

2. Delivery Charges

All orders are delivered free of charge for our customers and we pay our delivery partner(s) for the same.

3. Delivery Location

At present, we do not deliver to all locations. You can check if your location is serviceable by entering your pin code on the product/order page.

If your location is currently not serviceable by our delivery partner(s) and you wish to purchase our products, please contact us.

4. Delivery Time and Order Tracking

You can check the estimated delivery period on the product page by filling in your pin code.

Once the order is placed, you can view the status of the order by clicking on “Track Order”. You will be redirected to our delivery partner’s page where the current status of your order as well as the estimated delivery date will be visible. Our delivery partner(s) may also send you text or email notifications regarding the status of your order.

Please note that we rely entirely on our delivery partner(s) for these timelines and we do not hold any liability for any delays in delivery.
