Return and Refund Policy


If you have received:
• wrong product or incomplete order
• damaged package or any defect during transportation
• unsealed product
• expired product
• product with manufacturing defect

Please contact us at within 48 hours of the delivery of the product. Please include clear photos of the product and the package so that we are able to verify. Please also preserve the products in their original packaging along with all the labels, cartons, invoices and anything else that came with the product. Our customer support team shall look into the matter and contact you accordingly. The unused and unopened products can either be returned or be replaced, as the case may be.
