Reliable, quick-paced and team-oriented leader. Satya has worked across diverse industry verticals like IT/ Telecom, and Health & Wellness. He has worked with major brands like Xerox India Limited, Tata Teleservices, HTC Mobile and Herbalife International India Pvt Limited.

  Satya was the Country GM for Young Living Essential Oil before founding Good Nutrition.

  Arfin Zukof

  Co-founder & Chief Marketing Officer

  Zukof kick-started his career in 1996 with a trailblazing mental health campaign for the UK-based NGO, Sarthaak, to dispel stigmas about mental illness in India. His journey at Saarthak led to a deeper sociological understanding of India and its people.

  A storyteller with a Masters in Advertising, Zukof set up Listening Post Advertising and Promotion Services in 1999, steering his ambition into creating his own grammar for advertising for various MNC’s in India and abroad.

  In two and a half decades of being in the business, Zukof has worked on almost every category out there: FMCG, consumer durables, e-commerce, finance, fintech, automobile, pharma, tourism, fashion, retail, local and international government accounts, etc. and on a plethora of Indian and international brands like Oppo, Bose, Siemens, Electrolux, Schaeffler, Schwarzkopf, JK Tyre, WHO, LG, Carrier, IL&FS, Bank of Baroda, Herbalife, Dabur, Grasim, Burgoyne, HT, TOI, USAID, etc.

  Zukof brings his passion for creativity through a wealth of experience drawn from his professional repertoire and wide-ranging personal interests; psychology, theatre, film production and photography.

  Zukof has also produced two films: a short and a feature, both of which won acclaim at showcases at the MAMI (Perfect 10 award) and TopShorts (Best short film) film festivals.

  Shankar M. S.

  Co-founder & Chief Financial Officer

  A Chartered Accountant having more than 15 years of experience in International Tax matters, CFO consulting and regulatory matters including FEMA and RBI, working with KPMG, HP, Amazon and Herbalife India. Shankar has expertise in cross border tax planning, providing strategic business ideas, advising on financial matters, managing tax litigation and representing before regulatory authorities. He was also part of the large mergers and acquisitions, managing tax matters upto Supreme Court along with Senior Counsels.

  A passionate wildlife and nature photographer. His images have won several national and International awards. The pictures have also been published in BBC Wildlife Magazine and National Geographic. Currently, he is also working as a guest lecturer at Christ University.

  Yajna Prakash

  Co-founder & Chief Strategy Officer

  Yajna holds a graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering and Masters in Science in Consultancy Management from BITS, Pilani. At the beginning of his career he specialized in International Business from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kolkatta. Today, he has more than 21 years of experience in management and strategic consulting in various industries that include Industrial B2B, Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare, Engineering, Packaging as well as Electrical & Electronics among others.

  In all, Yajna has helped more than 300 companies start successful operations in India. He has also served as a director of Indian operations for Valmont, Callaway Golf, Wellman (Carlyle), Tenant Company, Fermator, Ypsomed and many others. His skillsets includes a combination of business advisory, strategy consulting, implementation & transaction processes to ensure successful startup operations in India.

  Ritesh Dudeja

  Co-founder & Chief Investment Officer

  Ritesh is an Engineer with an MBA and has more than 23 years of experience in the areas of Cross Border Collaborations, Strategy Consulting and General Management. He has successfully helped several overseas companies set up operations in India and has a deep understanding of India Entry consulting including M&A, Partner Search & Selection, as well as setting up greenfield facilities for Multinationals.

  Ritesh has an entrepreneurial management style and is a strategic thinker with the ability to take a vision from concept/strategy to reality through focused execution.

  He was a key member of the transaction team for a 100 Mn Euros acquisition in India for a French company. He has consulted for clients across industry sectors. He is a dynamic and passionate manager who leads from the front and contributes to all aspects of businesses. With rich experience in acquiring and servicing new clients, Ritesh regularly works closely with C Level and Board Executives of American & European companies. He has traveled extensively in western Europe and the U.S. His specialties include: M&A, India Entry Services, Setting up Green field projects, International Sales, Business Plans.
